Choosing the right path after acquisition

At Solution7 we can manage the entire process from pre-purchase to end-of-project. We assemble and manage the development team with members selected for their particular expertise with project type and any relevent challenges.

Development Concept

Following from site acquistion comes a more detailed market analysis including risk, senstivity and competitor analysis.

Planning Application

Initial design for planning purposes is undertaken and the planning permit application is prepared, lodged and managed.

Detailed Design

Having obtained planning approval, detailed survey, engineering and architectural design is undertaken leading to the construction phase.

Engagement

Time Contract

Services provided on a contract basis based on an estimate of hours to complete - invoiced in time blocks in advance. 

Fixed Contract

Fixed cost contracts for tasks based on a detailed brief.

Embedded 

Hourly rate (temporary employee) to fill in specific organisational roles, troubleshoot or task related.

Project Participation

Development management with fees linked to gross realisation of development product and payments linked to milestones.
